"Universal has announced The Big Lebowski: Collector's Edition for release on 10/18 (SRP $19.98). The title will be available in separate anamorphic widescreen and full frame versions. A Collector's Gift Set will also be available (SRP $49.98). We expect to have details on the extras to be included soon."


So yeah, anyway... regardless of my failure to figure out a way to get to the Alter Bridge concert, this has been a great weekend. Saturday afternoon, spent most of it just hanging out and whatnot, then went to the county fair and demo derby. Damn near a 5-hour derby, so it was pretty good. I wish I would have actually known some of the people driving, that always makes it more fun, but... oh well. It was still entertaining.

Today, Sunday, I woke up early (8:30ish) and actually got up, so I could *gasp* clean up my room a little bit in preparation for a fun little visitor, my buddy Danna came down to visit. We had ourselves a fun little afternoon here in good ol' Osage, and then the night has been pretty typical.

You know, this is how weekends should be. I feel like I actually did something worthwhile, had alot of fun but still got plenty of time to chill and relax after a long hot week at work. I need more weekends like this. :)
